Admission to the doctoral program depends upon recommendation by the IO faculty and approval from the IO program director. The entire process is usually completed within eight weeks after the final deadline date for applications.

Students who have taken graduate work at a regionally accredited institution may be allowed to transfer up to 12 quarter credits, and students who have been granted a master’s degree from a regionally accredited university in psychology, 组织心理学, 工商管理, 或相关领域可能允许转移最多30个学分.
